Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Job Type: Full-Time or Contract Location: Odessa, TX Setting: Private Practice Openings: 2
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services
- Maintain and grow an active client caseload
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Collaborate with other therapists within the practice
- Build community presence and support practice growth
Qualifications
- Active LPC License in good standing
- Must bring an existing caseload of 10-15+ clients
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- New graduates and LPC Associates are not eligible
Compensation
- Independent practice model
- Office rental fee applies
- 20% revenue share for practice support services
- Unlimited earning potential based on caseload growth
Schedule
- Flexible Scheduling
- No On-Call Requirements
- No Weekend Requirements (Optional)
