Be the Best Certified Home Health Aide You Can Be At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures Required Certifications and Licensures: Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
