Representative, Sales - East

Job Description

Samuel Packaging Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base across the Southeast region, including South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, strategic account management, and delivering tailored packaging automation solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools

Qualifications

• 37+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or packaging preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently
• Willingness to travel within assigned region
