Position Overview We are looking for a Financial Analyst to partner with our IT, Cybersecurity, and Business Process teams to drive thoughtful, data‑informed OpEx decisions. This is a hybrid role required 3 days a week in the office in our Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA office. The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and motivated to improve how organizations plan, measure, and optimize investments. You will play a key role in enabling smart resource allocation, strengthening financial discipline, and supporting high‑impact business initiatives while growing your own finance and business partnership skills. Key Responsibilities Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, and Business Process leaders to plan, manage, and forecast OpEx budgets Deliver clear, actionable insights on spend trends, variances, and risks to inform decision‑making Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting processes through thoughtful analysis and simplification Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including variance analysis and reporting Build and maintain models to evaluate cost efficiency and investment trade‑offs Collaborate cross‑functionally to align financial plans with business priorities Identify opportunities to enhance transparency, controls, and cost optimization What We Are Looking For We value skills, experience, and potential over traditional qualifications. You'll succeed in this role if you have: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Effective communication skills and confidence working with cross‑functional partners Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis (corporate, consulting, or related environments) Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems or data tools Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with changing priorities A growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business contexts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field Typically 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business partnering roles This is a hybrid role required 3 days a week in the office in our Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA office. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range.
