This is an entry-level professional role in which the employee applies basic chemistry principles, theories, and concepts to assigned tasks where established precedents exist. The position involves developing solutions to problems of limited scope and complexity using foundational scientific knowledge. The role supports laboratory and operational activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, and works under general supervision.

Minimum Qualifications Required

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• Zero to two years of relevant experience in an industrial or research laboratory setting
• Ability to work under general supervision and follow established protocols
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and collaborative teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and sample preparation
• Experience in oilfield chemistry, chemical manufacturing, or industrial analytical laboratories
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
