Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;10;12;On Call Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Blended model: Daytime clinic + restricted call coverage; overnight home call.

· Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient

· Types of Cases: Standard Gynecology cases.

· Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days

· Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program

(NRP), Fetal Monitoring, Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), Ultrasound Obstetrics and Gynecology focus, and robotic surgery.

· Licensure Required: Must be Board Certified, must have an active Oregon License, must have an Oregon Drug Enforcement Administration License (or DEA that is easily transferable)
