Staff Pharmacist (New Grads Are Welcome) - Eden Prairie, MNLocation: Eden Prairie, MN Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Person Start Date: ASAP New Graduates: WelcomeJob Summary We are seeking licensed Staff Pharmacists to join a closed-door long-term care pharmacy. This role focuses on prescription verification, compounding oversight, and ensuring accurate, compliant medication dispensing while supporting nursing facilities and interdisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify and review prescriptions for accuracy and complianceOversee sterile and non-sterile compounding processesDirect pharmacy staff in order processing, labeling, and fulfillmentDispense medications and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff and prescribersMaintain accurate records, inventory controls, and regulatory complianceParticipate in quality improvement initiativesProvide rotating shift and on-call coverage as neededQualificationsActive Pharmacist license in good standingKnowledge of prescription verification and compounding practicesLong-term care or closed-door pharmacy experience preferredStrong communication, accuracy, and teamwork skillsNew graduates encouraged to applySchedule & BenefitsMonday-Friday 4pm-12am PLUS be on call for afterhours401(k), medical, dental, vision, and paid time off
