Legal Associate - Onsite Nasville, TN

Our client requires the service of 1 Legal Assistant contract resource staff within Office of Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC). Key Responsibilities Assist with increased transactional operations during the PHE unwinding, addressing a significant uptick in discrimination complaints and reasonable accommodation requests during the initial stages of the PHE unwinding, and support ongoing compliance throughout appeal periods. Prepare files to aid case management processes by inputting information into file databases and organizing case information for review and disposition by case processors and program managers. Document case actions taken and provide support to the OCRC Director to respond to complainants as appropriate. Prepare case summaries for the supporting office, maintaining agility to tackle new and different requests beyond typical administrative tasks that require specialized legal assistant expertise. Contribute to essential business processes supporting TennCare operations until PHE workloads are fully surpassed, focusing on high-volume redetermination and eligibility functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novalink Solutions
