Schedule * Monday 7:30am-5:00pm * Tuesday 7:30am-3:00pm * Wednesday 7:30am-5:00pm * Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm Consistent Patient Schedule: * Average approx. 7 patients a day * 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! * SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need! Minimum Qualifications * Current dental hygienist license in IL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) * Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation * CPR Certification Preferred Experience * New Graduates and Experienced Hygienists Welcome! * Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems * We will provide a diode laser certification, if needed! * Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health * Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements * Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
