Looking for a rewarding role where you can connect with others and make a difference every day? At The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, we believe dining is more than a meal. Its an experience.

As a Server, youll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while providing friendly service and building genuine connections with our residents.

What Youll Do

Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders.
Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking.
Support community events and special dining experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
Work alongside the dining team to provide an excellent experience for our residents.

What Were Looking For

Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but well train the right person.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in serving older adults.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Availability to work both morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Dependable and ready to provide friendly, attentive service.
