Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac care, with experience in telemetry and monitoring of generalized cardiac patients.

Position Details

Unit: Telemetry 6260
Number of Beds: 24
Patient Ratios: 4:1
Equipment: Life Paks, Zoll, Masimo, Cerner EHR

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients
Monitor and assess patients' conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on cardiac health and management

Qualifications

Required Certifications: RN License, NIH Stroke Scale, BLS, ACLS
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a cardiac telemetry setting
Float Requirements: May occasionally be required to float to IMCU, NPCU, and/or Surgical
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Life Paks, Zoll, Masimo, and Cerner EHR
