Software Quality Analyst

Job Overview Title: Automation Test Engineer (Hybrid) Rate: $45/hr Location: Hybrid (2x per week onsite - Monday & Wednesday) Preferred: Memphis, TN; Alternate: Dallas, TN Duration: Contract to hire Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US Interview Process 1st round: Technical interview 2nd round: In-person interview at Memphis office Automation & Testing Strong experience in automation using Selenium, ReadyAPI, and Rest Assured Experience in microservices and REST API testing/automation Hands‑on experience building test automation frameworks with JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber (BDD with Gherkin), Appium, Postman, REST/JSON APIs Experience in UI and API automation using Java (WebDriver, TestNG) Groovy scripting with JMeter, SoapUI, and other API testing tools Experience in Messaging and IVR testing Experience with Selenium Grid for parallel execution across browsers Knowledge of Extent Reports 2.0 API, Data & Backend Validation Build and execute SQL queries for database validation Experience validating APIs using Swagger documentation Experience with Kafka topics and consumer validation Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Couchbase) Performance testing experience using JMeter or BlazeMeter Tools & DevOps Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira (project/defect tracking), Stash/Git (version control), Bamboo (CI/CD) Hands‑on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Maven build tools, Docker (pipeline automation) Experience contributing to or working with enterprise automation frameworks Programming & Technical Skills Strong hands‑on coding ability in Java (preferred), JavaScript, and SQL Solid understanding of data structures & algorithms, concurrency and multithreading Ability to automate testing across full stack: UI layer, application layer, REST APIs / Web services Cloud & Architecture Understanding of cloud‑based web application architecture Experience with AWS deployment technologies Exposure to CI automation pipelines in cloud environments Additional Skills Experience with AI‑assisted quality engineering (debugging, test generation, risk analysis) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to translate complex application flows into test cases Strong communication skills for reporting results, defect tracking, cross‑team coordination (US and offshore teams) Front‑End Exposure (Nice to Have) HTML CSS JavaScript Benefits Competitive weekly pay Potential opportunities for overtime Opportunities to get OSHA 10 certified Earn money for referrals Comprehensive medical benefits Dental and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan and much more INSPYR Solutions provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
