Old Town Smiles is seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team in Alexandria, VA. We are a modern, privately owned dental practice that values teamwork, quality care, and long-term relationships with both patients and staff.

Position Details

• Part-time: 2 days per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Compensation: $65–$70 per hour
• Bonus opportunities available

Office Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternating Fridays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist in diagnosing and monitoring periodontal conditions
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Experience with Dentrix, digital radiography, and intraoral photography preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply
