Job Summary

The Inventory Associate helps keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly. This role involves picking and packing orders, scanning products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing shipments using warehouse equipment and computer systems.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and orders.
• Prepare packages for shipping with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming products.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Enter inventory and shipping information into the computer system.
• Move products throughout the warehouse using equipment as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Warehouse, inventory, or order-picking experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to pick, pack, ship, and receive products.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
