Engineering Manager, Storage Execution Durable & Fast

Rozgoo

MongoDB is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Storage Execution team, overseeing durability, availability, and performance for mission-critical workloads. The role is based remotely with the team largely in New York and is open to candidates in Ontario, Canada. You will manage a 8- to 10-engineer group, own the team's roadmap, and collaborate with OLTP leadership and Product Management, Support, Atlas, and other server teams to ensure reliability at scale.
