Cath Lab Tech

Position for Cath Lab Tech requires 1 year of experience. The shift is 4x10 days, with call requirements every 4th weekend and 1 late/call shift per week. The daily caseload is approximately 12 patients. No locals are accepted; candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility. Special requirements include RCIS certification preferred. This is a Short Term Acute Care facility with a total of 244 staffed beds. The unit involves caring for adult and geriatric patients, with a daily census of 12. The role involves performing various procedures including diagnostic heart cath, stent placements, and more. Travelers must ensure all required certifications are obtained prior to the start date. The charting system used is Cerner, and experience with this system is preferred. Travelers should demonstrate professionalism, as conduct issues may result in contract termination.
