Certified Dental Assistant – Part-Time
Location: Spring Hill, FL
Schedule: Part-Time | Evening & Weekend Availability Preferred
Compensation: $18.00–$23.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our Spring Hill team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in helping patients through challenging situations.

What You’ll Do
As an important member of the clinical team, you’ll support providers throughout the patient experience while helping maintain efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist dentists during routine and surgical extraction procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies before procedures
• Obtain dental radiographs and assist with patient preparation
• Follow sterilization, infection prevention, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients
• Assist with inventory organization and operatory readiness
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant Certification required
• Previous Dental Assistant experience required
• Experience with extractions, oral surgery, or surgical assisting preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to perform well in a high-volume clinical environment
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule

• Evening shifts available
• Saturday availability preferred
• Part-time hours
