Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Perform the overall functions of the Registered Dietician across multiple facilities to ensure the positive delivery of quality food service and nutritional care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Registered Dietician
Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide guidance with food ordering, storage and preparation
Recommend and make menu changes as needed with the Dietary Supervisors
Monitor to ensure that safe food handling techniques are used and approrpiate procedures/practices are followed in the dietary setting
Participate as part of an IDT team to ensure positive care outcomes
