2-4 days per month in office for consults/follow ups and 2-4 days per month in ASC for procedures
Up to 25 patients
Ambulatory surgery center
Procedures required: epidural, medial branch block/facet injections, RFA, regenerative medicine
Minimally invasive procedures like discectomy or tenotomy preferred
