Position Details: - Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Post-Partum Units - Shift: 7PM to 7AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend or as needed - Call Requirements: 3 (12-hour shifts) per 4-week schedule - Number of Openings: 1 Unit Information: - Unit: Labor and Delivery/Nursery/Postpartum - Number of Beds: 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds - Patient Ratios: 1:2 - Electronic Health Record (EHR): Meditech - Patient Population: Maternity women and newborns Qualifications: - Required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP - Years of Experience: 1 in Labor and Delivery - Must Have Skills: - Labor and Delivery experience - Fetal monitoring experience Preferred Skills: - PALS certification - Experience with Centricity and Meditech - Knowledge of couplet care Personality Fit: - Positive attitude - Cooperative and team-oriented - Proactive with a strong sense of initiative Education Requirements: - Must hold a valid RN Certification/Licensure in TN Dress Code: - Scrub Color: Any - Unacceptable Attire: Casual or other facility apparel Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
