Forklift Operator - Power Up Your Career in a Dynamic Warehouse Team!

Are you a skilled Forklift Operator looking for a steady, rewarding opportunity where your attention to detail and efficiency make a real difference? Join an energetic warehouse team that values safety, precision, and teamwork. We're seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to play a key role in preparing shipments, supporting logistics, and keeping our inventory flowing smoothly Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our shipping and receiving operations-loading and unloading trucks with care, distributing orders accurately, and assisting teammates to keep everything running like clockwork. Your vigilance in maintaining inventory levels and a safe, organized workspace will ensure we meet customer demands without missing a beat.

Required Skills

Proven experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently
Ability to prepare shipments with accuracy and care to avoid damage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members
Physical stamina to handle lifting, loading, and unloading tasks throughout the shift
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with inventory management or warehouse software
Ability to assist with general warehouse duties beyond forklift operation
Prior exposure to cross-docking or replenishment processes
Forklift certification or training in additional warehouse machinery

Preferred Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a strong plus
Demonstrated reliability with consistent attendance history

Other Requirements

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Ability to follow strict safety protocols at all times
Willingness to support team members as requested by supervisors
Forklift certification in compliance with OSHA standards is required
