Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, with potential for up to $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.


• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, secure renewals, and process endorsements.


• Review and analyze client policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with industry standards.


• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.


• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field.


• Licensure/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses or certifications are preferred.
