We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! $1,500 Sign On Bonus Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. Location: Bexley Westshore - Cumming, GA Pay: Hourly rates are competitive - starting at $20/hour and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses + Monthly Move In Bonuses Property-Specific Bonus: This community comes with an additional $160 per pay period bonus for a Leasing Consultant role (equivalent of an additional $2/hr) Benefits: Rent discount paid holidays birthday time off vacation and sick time health insurance dental insurance vision insurance Employee Assistance Program 401k with company match Schedule: Option #1 - Saturdays worked in a rotation with the team. Weekdays 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, Sundays Closed Option #2 - Alternative schedule available. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm. Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday). Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off we can be flexible. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team.
