Reservation Coordinator - Remote
HB Travels
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Coordinator to assist customers with researching, organizing, and coordinating reservation requests.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, managing details, researching available options, and ensuring reservation information is handled accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer reservation inquiries
- Gather information regarding customer preferences and requests
- Research available reservation options
- Coordinate reservation details
- Verify information for accuracy
- Provide customers with confirmations and relevant information
- Assist with reservation changes and updates
- Communicate with providers regarding reservation requests
- Maintain accurate reservation records
- Follow up regarding outstanding details
- Provide professional customer support throughout the reservation process
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable researching information online
- Ability to manage multiple requests
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to learn reservation systems
- Strong time-management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Previous reservations or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
