Founded by a psychiatrist with a strong background in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology , we prioritize compassionate, evidence-based medication management for children and adults .

• Competitive salary: $120-180 per hour based on a $60 per visit fee.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking board-certified PMHNPs who are compassionate, skilled, and dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal mental health through expert-level psychopharmacology.

• Part time or Per-diem hybrid provider  (utilizing fee-for-service model)
• Experience with children and adolescents is a huge plus!
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Your Role at Inspire:

• Evaluate & treat psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe and monitor medications , ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Screen patients for higher levels of care and refer as needed.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies for acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive and collegial environment.
• Interested in ketamine therapy? We provide training for those looking to gain expertise in this cutting-edge intervention.

Qualifications:

• Active NYS license and registration as a PMHNP-BC.
• DEA License.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a growth mindset.
• Experience with pediatrics and Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus!
