We are hiring, and all LBT job applications must be submitted online through our career's website.Under the direction of the Infrastructure Supervisor, the Custodian performs a variety of facility-related cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.ResponsibilitiesCleans administrative offices, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, locker rooms, maintenance shops and warehouse areasStocks and replenishes restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms with suppliesCollects recyclables and disposes of trashSweeps and mops floorsVacuums and shampoos carpetsWashes walls, windows and restroom fixturesCleans hydraulic hoist pits and ground cleaningOther related duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position requires lifting, bending and stooping. Must possess a valid California Class C driver's license and excellent safe driving record.Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
