Field Service Engineer, CNC Machine Tools

What success looks like- You quickly assess issues and restore uptime on CNC mills and lathes.
- You lead smooth installations and validate performance at handoff.
- You design practical PM routines that prevent downtime.
- You communicate clearly, train when needed, and represent Ellison with integrity.
- You document thoroughly and own each service case from start to finish.
- Experience setting up and operating CNC mill/lathe equipment
- Background in CNC or heavy equipment maintenance
- Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance
- CNC Machine Repair
- CNC Machine Installation
- Preventive Maintenance & Inspection
- Maintenance and Repair Skills
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Spindle Maintenance & Repair
- Troubleshooting CNC Machines
- CNC Mill (34 axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (24 axis)
- CNC Swiss Lathe
- CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
- Company phone and laptop
- Car allowance with gas covered
- Lean paperwork so you can focus on machines and customers
- Primarily local DFW travel; minimal weeknight overnights; no weekends
