Job Description:

The QA, Security & Release Lead will oversee quality assurance, testing, security coordination, release management, and production-readiness activities for the enterprise case-management implementation. This position will establish the overall test strategy and coordinate functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 8+ years of enterprise QA, testing, security, or release-management experience.
• Experience supporting large public-sector or enterprise systems.
• Test strategy and test planning.
• Functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Defect management and triage.
• Performance and load testing.
• Security testing.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Vulnerability management.
• Release and deployment management.
• Production and operational readiness.
• Experience coordinating business, technical, infrastructure, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall QA and testing strategy.
• Create test plans, test schedules, entry/exit criteria, and testing procedures.
• Coordinate functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage defects through identification, prioritization, remediation, retesting, and closure.
• Coordinate UAT activities with AOC stakeholders and SMEs.
• Support test-data and test-environment readiness.
• Coordinate performance, load, and scalability testing.
• Coordinate application and infrastructure security testing.
• Support IAM, role-based access, vulnerability, and security-compliance activities.
• Track security findings and coordinate remediation.
• Develop release-management and deployment plans.
• Coordinate release approvals and implementation readiness.
• Conduct go-live readiness assessments.
• Verify operational support, monitoring, backup, recovery, and support procedures are established.
• Support production deployment, stabilization, and post-release validation.
