Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description Job Summary: Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced setting for a 13-week assignment. Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to departmental protocols and standards. Responsibilities: Administer emergency careto patients in accordance with medical protocols and departmental policies. Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition continuously. Document patient information accurately in the EHR system, utilizing Epic. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Maintain certification and compliance with BLS, ACLS, and PALS requirements. Adhere to departmental rotation schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Qualifications: Hold an active Registered Nurse license in good standing. Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Have recent emergency department nursing experience. Be able to work independently and within a team environment. Reside at least 75 miles from the facility (no local contracts). Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
