Integrated Medical Clinical Nurse (Part-Time) - $32-48 per hour

Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg – ongoing, staff. Shift structure: 2–12 hour shifts (days or nights), every 3rd weekend & every 3rd holiday. Modified self‑scheduling in 6‑week periods. Benefits start the first of the month following the start date. Orientation based on individual need. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing care standards. Promote patient and family‑centered care and educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and professional development. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals; collaborate with inter‑professional team and patients/families; communicate plans across continuum of care. Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; assess patient preferences and barriers, values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population‑specific needs. Minimum Requirements Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree – Nursing. RN license. No specific experience required. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Less than 2 years experience.
