Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department Observation Unit. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care across various age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department Holding Unit.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, specifically in Emergency Room and Holding settings.
• Pediatric and adult care experience required.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.
• Experience in Med-Surg or Telemetry units is preferred.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.

Shift Information

This position requires a commitment to night shifts, working 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30.

Parking Information

Parking options are available, with various permits for access to designated lots and garages. Annual permits require upfront payment, while a monthly permit option is also available.

Refund Policy

Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are non-refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be made by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month. Refund checks may take 3–5 weeks to process.
