Electrical Maintenance Technician

Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Auburn, ME. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong industrial machine maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience. Schedule 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM Pay $31 - $37/hour. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery Repair motors, drives, belts, fluid systems, and electrical components Install and repair electrical systems, conduit, and piping Assist with fabrication, welding, and equipment assembly Complete maintenance documentation and SAP entries Qualifications 3+ years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Electrical journeyman-level experience preferred (license not required) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools Benefits Health benefits starting Day 1 120 hours vacation 40 hours sick/personal time after 90 days 11 paid holidays 401(k) with company contribution and match Pay Details: $31.00 to $37.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
