Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) New graduates are accepted
Location: Crown point, IN(and surrounding communities)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide early intervention services for children ages 0-3. You will deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy in natural environments while coaching families to support developmental milestones.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers.
Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational and physical therapy in home and community settings.
Coach families on integrating therapy strategies into daily routines.
Complete accurate, real-time documentation to minimize administrative workload.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-child development.

Qualifications:

Active Indiana PT license.
Pediatric experience preferred, especially with infants and toddlers (new graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
Passion for supporting young children's developmental growth.
