Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide early intervention services for children ages 0-3. You will deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy in natural environments while coaching families to support developmental milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational and physical therapy in home and community settings.
• Coach families on integrating therapy strategies into daily routines.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to minimize administrative workload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-child development.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana PT license.
• Pediatric experience preferred, especially with infants and toddlers (new graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for supporting young children's developmental growth.
