Job Overview This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers and merchandise. Working in this role will involve investigating, thinking critically and working to solve complex problems. Compensation Hourly rate: $18 - $31 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location) Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
