This position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI; Minneapolis, MN; Duluth, MN; or Madison, WI locations with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.Primary Responsibilities: Lead the technical execution of hydrogeological aspects of projectsWork with project managers to estimate project costs and consult on technical approachDevelop technical approaches for regional hydrologic characterization of groundwater systems in environments comprised of unconsolidated deposits and fractured crystalline rockProvide project and technical leadership on complex, multi-disciplined projects, to include managing a portion of a project’s budget, scope, schedule, regulatory and contractual commitmentsDevelop and implement technical approaches for numerical analysis of groundwater and surface water systems in support of permitting, industrial development and site remediationTeach, mentor and develop other members, as well as serve as a resource in the area of hydrogeologyRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Engineering, or a closely related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience conducting hydrogeological investigations, including at least 5 years of hands-on field experienceDemonstrated experience coordinating and executing field characterization programs, including aquifer testing, hydrophysical profiling, groundwater modeling, and numerical analysisProven ability to provide project leadership on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, including management of budgets, schedules, regulatory and contractual commitments, and delivery of technical consultationExperience integrating hydrogeologic investigations and numerical analyses with feasibility studies and alternatives analysesPrevious experience providing expert witness testimony at environmental hearingsPreferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Hydrogeology or Engineering, or a closely related fieldExperience working in deep bedrock environmentsPrevious experience working with a technical consulting firm$100,000 - $140,000 a yearThe base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and/or annual bonuses.
