Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of relevant experience, experience with Cerner electronic health record system preferred, and ability to work in a teaching hospital environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience, familiarity with the patient populations including GI Bleeds, COPD, CHF, Diabetes complications, ESRD, dementia, TIA/Stroke, A-Fib, hypertension, sepsis, vascular issues, and experience with charge responsibilities. Additional Information: Orientation occurs on 10/5 and 10/19. The candidate must work at least one major holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and/or New Year's Day). Typical patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:6. Ancillary support includes phlebotomy, EKG techs, CNA, and supply management. The position involves working in a teaching hospital setting, with interactions involving students and new hires. Submission requirements include work history with a minimum of 2 years of experience, an explanation of all employment gaps exceeding 90 days, skills checklist, and a copy of Nursys/license.
