This private Primary Care group has a need to add a physician to take over a busy practice that has been in business for 30 years. This site is just an hour from Houston and offers a work life balance. This will be an outpatient only model. They are offering a stellar base salary, bonus and a full benefits package. Practice details include:

Hospital Employee, Outpatient only
M-F, no weekends
No Call
Competitive Annual Salary
Quality Bonus production incentives
Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000
CME up to 1 week and $3,500 available
Retirement plan with employer match
eClinicalWorks in use for EMR
M-F 8-5 with 1:30 hr lunch break
Sign on $25k
25 days PTO
Bonus up to $100k
Situated between New Orleans and Houston
Cost of living is 14.50% below the national average.
