This position requires a strong field safety professional who can take ownership of site HSEQ compliance, communicate effectively with both field personnel and senior management, and maintain accurate safety documentation.
Compensation & Benefits

• $40.00/hour
• $135/day per diem – 7 days per week
• 50-hour weekly guarantee
• Company truck provided

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 510 – Required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a 3-year MVR check with no major moving violations
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong safety documentation and recordkeeping capabilities

Civil construction and SWPPP experience are HIGHLY preferred.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily Safety Tailgate Meetings
• Maintain required safety documentation, including JHAs
• Develop Site-Specific Safety Plans
• Develop and maintain Emergency Action Plans
• Conduct accident, injury, and near-miss investigations
• Perform and document Root Cause Analyses
• Communicate investigation findings and corrective actions to Senior Management
• Monitor field activities and identify potential safety and environmental hazards
• Support ongoing civil/SWPPP compliance
• Work closely with project leadership, supervisors, contractors, and field personnel to maintain a strong safety culture
