Position Overview

Supporting a renowned QSR brand the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands-on leadership daily operations and business performance giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage the recruiting hiring and training of team members
• Build a positive accountable team culture
• Provide ongoing feedback recognize performance and resolve team concerns

Operations & Guest Experience

• Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
• Maintain brand standards cleanliness and food safety
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently

Business & Financial Performance

• Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
• Control labor food costs and cash handling
• Review performance and take action to improve results

Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage scheduling payroll inventory and ordering
• Forecast staffing and business needs
• Complete basic reporting and admin tasks

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required)
• ServSafe Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hands-on role
• Basic math problem-solving and computer skills
• Reliable transportation

Compensation: $50000.00 - $67000.00 per year
