Greystar seeks a Leasing Marketing Coordinator to drive leasing, renewal, and resident satisfaction at a Greystar community in Colorado. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals. You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, drive traffic through online tools, manage data in OneSite and Yardi, and coordinate with maintenance to keep show units attractive and compliant with company #J-18808-Ljbffr
