Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients dealing with major mental illness and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies and support clients during acute episodes, ensuring safety and timely access to necessary resources.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and share insights for comprehensive care planning.

• Maintain thorough documentation and timely completion of reports and data submission in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Implement integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication among clients, families, and various service providers.

• Identify and report potential safety risks within the environment to uphold a secure therapeutic setting.

• Contribute to committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement within the agency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population that includes adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical social work setting, specifically in mental health.

• Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and treatment planning for diverse populations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in community health settings or working with marginalized populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous as these tools are instrumental in our delivery of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
