Key responsibilities include conducting audits of casework records to ensure compliance with program standards and federal regulations; consulting with field staff and management on casework issues; and providing training and technical guidance to counselors and other field‑based personnel. The role also involves administering the promotional testing process for independent rehabilitation counselors.
