We are seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse to provide specialized perioperative care in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeries. Responsibilities Include Preparing the operating room, assembling equipment and supplies, and ensuring sterile procedures Collaborating with surgical team members to deliver coordinated patient care Positioning patients safely and assisting with surgical procedures Handling specimens and documenting accurately to maintain diagnostic integrity Providing post-surgical care and patient handoff to recovery teams Responding effectively to intraoperative emergencies Adhering to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards Qualifications And Skills Include Minimum one year of recent CVOR RN experience Valid RN license and current BLS certification Preferred ACLS certification Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to move equipment and assist during procedures Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail Strong visual and motor skills for technical tasks Benefits Offered Competitive pay, comprehensive health insurance, and PTO Life and disability coverage, 401(k) matching, and licensure reimbursement Support from dedicated recruiters and access to additional resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
