What You’ll Do: As a key provider in our urgent care clinics, you will independently manage a variety of minor procedures, treat diverse patient populations (from 6 months old onwards), and collaborate seamlessly with our support staff. Required Skills: Minimum of 12 months of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience Board Certified (PA, NP) with active certification (NCCPA, NP Boards) Proficiency in Epic EMR or similar electronic medical records Ability to see and treat all patients independently Strong soft skills for effective communication with staff and patients BLS and DEA licensing Ability to work within a 60-mile radius of your residence, with local availability preferred Nice to Have Skills: Experience performing procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation Prior experience in high-volume patient settings Familiarity with minor procedures and pediatric care Multilingual skills are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate degree as PA or Family Nurse Practitioner At least one year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience Current board certification and active DEA registration Other Requirements: Ability to pass a credentialing process and clinical screening Available for scheduled EMR and onboarding training sessions Willingness to participate in ongoing education and support activities Support within a 60-mile radius of your home for local shifts We offer competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical benefits, robust referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a dedicated team committed to your success.
