We're hiring a hands-on leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and forklift operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications + Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience; previous Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or Warehouse Supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Forklift certification or recent forklift operating experience.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, shipping and receiving, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse Team Lead Responsibilities + Job Duties

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage freight.
• Maintain accurate inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), perform cycle counts, and prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service by communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates while promoting OSHA safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
