We're looking for someone who can combine hospitality operations, leadership development, learning technology, digital content, data, and innovation to build training programs that employees and managers will actually use.What You'll DoDevelop engaging training for Food & Beverage and hospitality teamsHelp lead and maximize our LMS and learning technologyCreate digital, video, microlearning, and interactive training contentUse data and analytics to measure training effectivenessExplore practical ways to use AI and automation in Learning & DevelopmentBuild leadership development programs and strengthen our leadership benchTurn manual training processes into modern, technology-enabled solutionsPartner with HR and Operations to identify performance gaps and develop solutionsHelp managers and employees successfully adopt new technology and processesWe're Looking for Someone Who10+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience, with a strong background in hospitality training, leadership development, and operational excellence.Understands Food & Beverage or hospitality operationsIs highly comfortable with technology and quickly learns new systemsHas experience with an LMS, digital learning, or instructional designCan create engaging, practical training that connects with employeesIs comfortable working with frontline employees, managers, and senior leadershipUses data to identify opportunities and measure resultsEnjoys challenging "the way we've always done it" and finding better solutionsMost importantly, has a genuine passion for developing peopleExperience with Paycom Learning, Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline, Canva, Camtasia, Power BI, or similar technology is a plus.Hospitality or multi-unit Food & Beverage experience is highly preferred.Why This Role?We have a strong foundation, but we're ready to modernize, simplify, and elevate how we train and develop our people.We're looking for someone who will come in asking:Can we make this easier?
