Support Specialist

Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking individuals to fill positions for Connecticut Based Support Specialists (Torrington, CT in office positions for first six months of training, then changes to hybrid position). Primary Responsibilities Guide customers on utilization of the software answering Live Help, Phones, email, and other service channels Train and consult with service providers, families and others on using Therap Services software. Provide support and guidance to service professionals across our customer base that use Therap software. Communicate customer feedback to the respective teams to help design an improved system and training materials. Skills Required Outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Organizing and coordinating skills with good decision making capability. Adapts quickly to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience for our customers. Proficient in the use of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Web Applications and Email clients. Find creative problem-solving fulfilling and challenging. Enjoys answering questions via phone/chat from customers. Must be in the Torrington, CT office Monday-Friday eight hours a day for first six months of training, then changes to hybrid position. Preferences Experience working in the human service field is recommended. Experience using Therap applications is required.
