Key Responsibilities

• Lead instrumentation and control system design for industrial/process facilities.

• Develop control philosophies, P&IDs, specifications, datasheets, loop sheets, and wiring diagrams.

• Work with PLC and DCS systems including Allen-Bradley, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa, and Honeywell.

• Lead engineering/design teams and manage manpower and project schedules.

• Prepare engineering hours, installed-cost estimates, budgets, and progress reports.

• Coordinate with clients, plant teams, construction teams, subcontractors, and local authorities.

• Perform quality checks and provide technical guidance to engineering/design staff.

• Ensure designs comply with ISA, NFPA, API, ASME, OSHA, and applicable regulations.

• Support field activities and travel to project sites when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Engineering discipline.

• 10-15 years of engineering design experience.

• PE license required.

• Strong experience with instrumentation and control systems.

• Experience in chemical, refining, petrochemical, or specialty chemical plants.

• PLC/DCS experience.

• Field/project leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of applicable engineering codes and standards.
