URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Post Construction Cleaners Needed - Reliable Contractors & Cleaning Crews

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaning subcontractors to join our team for residential and commercial post-construction cleaning projects. This opportunity is ideal for experienced cleaners who are hardworking, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include: Removing construction dust from floors, walls, baseboards, fixtures, and other surfaces Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed dusting Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, closets, and appliances Cleaning interior windows, frames, sills, and tracks Removing stickers, tape, adhesive, and light construction residue Performing rough, final, and touch-up cleaning Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met Communicating promptly regarding scheduling, job progress, or site concerns Following job-site instructions and safety requirements Requirements: Must have reliable transportation Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies Post-construction or professional cleaning experience is preferred Must be reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Must be able to work independently or as part of a crew Must be physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks Must have a working phone and communicate reliably Must arrive on time and complete assignments by the required deadline May be required to provide a W-9, identification, references, and proof of insurance Compensation: Paid per project or assignment Rates will be discussed before accepting each assignment Work is project-based, and availability may vary This is an independent subcontractor opportunity, not a regular employee position.
