If you're looking for more than just a job, you'll find a career built on trust, teamwork, and opportunity at OD.Identify training needs for OD users, design course content and materials and conduct training classes on applications provided by OD Technology**Primary Responsibilities*** Assist, support and coordinate with OD Technology staff in identifying the training needs of OD users* Interact with the OD Technology team to design course content related to applications* Prepare easy to understand training material including class agenda, instructional material, and training aids* Conduct training classes for OD users on applications provided by OD Technology* Communicate with departments and service center management to schedule training* Monitor training sessions and trainees to ensure effectiveness* Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout the course life cycle* Coordinate with other internal training groups to maximize scheduling and effectiveness* Some communication with external customers to demo OD products**Job Qualifications**Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience:* 4+ years of training experience with custom developed and off-the-shelf applications* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products especially Publisher* Excellent interpersonal skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Excellent presentation skills* Salesforce CRM experience a plus**Compensation Range:**The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
